He has more than two decades of experience in various verticals of the IT industry and commercial markets. He has versatile experience in program management of large IT engagements spanning across Implementations, Application Maintenance and Enterprise Consulting for diverse business domains across the globe. He provides strategy leadership to the Dhanush team in meeting and exceeding global quality standards and demands.

Before establishing Dhanush, Mr. Murthy worked with global businesses and IT organizations such as Colgate Palmolive, Asian Paints, Oracle, GE, Sierra Atlantic, etc, in senior roles across North America, APAC, Europe and Middle East.

DSN Murthy is an MBA graduate from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, a premier institute in Systems & Operations and has a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Sriramakrishna Dendukuri, holds a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has 17 years of experience in the IT industry across the world such as APAC, North America. He has worked with multi-national organizations such as HP & Gateway where he successfully managed significant roles at different capacities. "Ramki" as he is popularly known, has versatile experience in conceptualization, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance - the entire software system life cycle.

His excellent aptitude and experience in all Microsoft related product technologies such as .Net, Visual Basic, Navision & Axapta and other technologies like JD Edwards & databases like AS 400, SQL Server have helped Dhanush in developing, deploying and maintaining many a successful project for different clients across different industries. Having been in the US for a decade, he understands the expectation of US IT market, its requirements besides the expectation of offshore driven companies.

Ramki leads the Microsoft Competency in Dhanush and has handled critical applications & web development activities in the areas of .NET, VB and SQL Server.

He leads IS Department and is responsible for ensuring that the company’s Information Technology investments are aligned with the strategic business objectives.  He is the key executive for formulating policies and strategies for information assets and operations. He is responsible for entire automation tasks as Desktop Architecture and Support, Network Implementation, Software Development and Information Management.

He also leads Administration Department and guides the Administrative activities across the organization.

Venkatesh is a Post Graduate from the University of Hyderabad in Artificial Intelligence. He has worked on Oracle technologies for past 10+ years and has managed implementation, support & integration projects on various Oracle ERP technologies for clients like GE, Alcoa. He has built expertise in the vast portfolio of Oracle technologies owing to various positions he held at Oracle Corporation enabling him to gain extensive knowledge in the verticals of Development, Consulting & Alliances.

Venkatesh has also been part of the Application Integration Architecture Initiative launched by Oracle with an intention to provide a uniform platform for all its applications. This was developed based on the Fusion Middleware Suite of Oracle.

Venkatesh heads the Oracle Competency at Dhanush which includes the verticals business development, client relationship and delivery of Oracle projects.

Ms. Chandrima is a Post Graduate from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai. She is a member of the founding team and heads Global Finance and Operations at Dhanush InfoTech. Having held a senior managerial position for 10 years, she brings the required expertise to handle Dhanush presence in multiple countries and the related complexities. Her prior stint with a MNC bank has enriched her with an in-depth knowledge in risk management and treasury & banking operations. Besides performing Financial & Accounting management, she is highly vigilant on Compliance and statutory matters which is given utmost importance while running day to day operations.

She takes keen interest in Process Improvement, Performance evaluation, HR Capital and Risk Management for the Organization. She opines that these are the areas which today’s super CFO’s should strategize and implement.

Chandrima is excellent in handling HR verticals too, including recruitment, performance management and core policies & processes. She is sensitive to employer-employee relationship and enthusiastically mentors young minds.

She was a senior manager in Citibank for 7 years, one of the World’s largest financial organizations. As branch Operations head and Compliance head for retail banking operation, she has ably handled the gamut of financial operations including risk management, compliance & audits, customer service, wealth management and process control. Her dynamism and excellence in customer service earned her all round applause.

After graduating as B. Tech (Chemical Engineering), Chandrima did her post graduation, MBA, from NITIE, Mumbai. Subsequently she has undergone practically all requisite professional training courses related to Financial Management. Her jest for learning extends beyond number crunching in the office and seamlessly enters into the realm of art & culture. She is an exponent of Hindustani classical music (vocal) and enjoys practicing every day.
