DSN Murthy – CEO & MD

Mr. DSN Murthy founded Dhanush InfoTech, which has become Product development and a global IT Services company in the space of Enterprise Consulting, Custom Product & Web Development using Microsoft, Oracle and VMware technologies. Under his leadership, Dhanush offerings have expanded into many areas such as ERP, CRM, EAI and SCM with presence across the globe.


Dhanush Infotech has successfully has built product based global organizations like , DATAM Pvt Ltd, specializing in Education and training, Remedium Pvt Ltd for Healthcare related IT Products companies and MV Tracking an embedded technology based organization.

DSN established Dhanush with a primary objective – to build values – based organizations with commitment to integrity, agility and quality-driven approach at Every level of service delivery. He constantly inspires Dhanush Teams to stretch their horizons to take up challenging responsibilities.

In his viewpoint, Dhanush brand USP of "We make IT the way you want IT" is a source of inspiration for customer-focus and has resulted in company's success. With this approach, the company has earned thought leadership in offering quality IT services, solutions and support. Dhanush, under his leadership has forayed into many regions within Africa including South Africa, Papua New Guinea, Australia, America and Middle East while expanding business in India. Dhanush has partnered with IT pioneers like Microsoft, Oracle and VMware to offer comprehensive range of value-added services to a diverse client base.

He leads Dhanush team with deep sense of social responsibility and recently initiated a social cause forum like www.AussieIndiaHarmony.com to bring in friendship between the people of Australia and India. He firmly believes that quality education in the fields of IT, Finance, Management and Skill Enhancement will eventually lead world communities to sustainable growth. Thus, he conceptualized a world-class techno-management training institution entitled "Dhanush Academy of Technology and Management", DATAM EDU Pvt LTD. With DSN's able leadership, DATAM EDU could enter into diversified markets such as Kenya, Australia, PNG and establish itself as strategic leader in the field of Training and Education.

He has more than two decades of experience in various verticals of the IT industry and commercial markets. He has versatile skills in Strategic thinking, opportunity incubation and building new business ventures and sustaining them for self-sufficiency and successful operations. He provides strategy leadership to the Dhanush and affiliate organizations in meeting and exceeding global quality standards and business demands.

Before establishing Dhanush, Mr. Murthy worked with global businesses and IT organizations such as Colgate Palmolive, Asian Paints, Oracle, GE, Sierra Atlantic, etc, in senior roles across North America, APAC, Europe and Middle East.

DSN Murthy is an MBA graduate from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, a premier institute in Systems & Operations and has a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Venkatesh Natarajan – Director

Venkatesh (Venky) is a Post Graduate from the University of Hyderabad in Artificial Intelligence. Having worked on Oracle technologies for past 15 years Venky has program managed implementation, support & integration projects on various ERP technologies for Fortune 500 clients. Venky's expertise in the vast portfolio of Oracle technologies is based on various positions he has held at Oracle Corporation and GE enabling him to gain extensive knowledge in the Development, Consulting & Alliances portfolio.

In Dhanush he has primarily been responsible for the growth of the Africa operations including setting up the initial operations and has worked across roles including customer and delivery management, technology solutions, partner management.

His specialization includes new business development, services delivery, new product conceptualization and solution development, relationship management, program management, building and managing global teams.

Currently he is based out of the India headquarters and manages the delivery of Dhanush across competencies.

Sriramakrishna Dendukuri - Director

Sriramakrishna Dendukuri, the co-founder of Dhanush Infotech holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI). With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry across the world such as APAC, North America, Mr. Sriramakrishna has worked with multi-national organizations such as HP & Gateway. Mr. Sriramakrishna has occupied significant roles at different capacities and is popularly known as ‘Ramki’. Thanks to the versatile experience in conceptualization, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance - the entire software system life cycle, Mr. Sriramakrishna has been acclaimed to be a seasoned professional.

With excellent aptitude and experience in all Microsoft related product technologies such as .Net, Visual Basic, Navision & Axapta and other technologies like JD Edwards & databases like AS 400, SQL Server Mr. Sriramakrishna has enabled Dhanush in developing, deploying and maintaining many a successful project for different clients across different industries. Having been in the US for a decade, Mr. Sriramakrishna understands the expectation of US IT market, its requirements besides the expectation of offshore driven companies.

Mr. Sriramakrishna leads the Microsoft Competency in Dhanush and has handled critical applications & web development activities in the areas of .NET, VB and SQL Server.

Also Mr. Sriramakrishna leads the ‘IS Department’ and is responsible for ensuring the company's Information Technology investments alignment with the strategic business objectives. Besides which, Mr. Sriramakrishna is the key executive for formulating policies and strategies for information assets and operations; and is responsible for entire automation tasks as Desktop Architecture and Support, Network Implementation, Software Development and Information Management.

Mr. Sriramakrishna also leads the Administration Department and guides the Administrative activities across the organization with great passion and pride.

Ms. Chandrima - Director

Ms. Chandrima is a member of the founding team and heads Global Finance & Operations at Dhanush InfoTech. She has over 17 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Global Financial Operations, International Taxation, Compliance and Relationship Management in Banking & IT Sector. Her expertise has immensely aided the rapid expansion of Dhanush Infotech across various geographies such as East Africa, South Africa, Australia and the USA.

As Head of Global Finance at Dhanush, her key responsibilities comprise of supporting the company's growth, managing the global financial operations and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. She is actively involved in building relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, stakeholders and industry bodies.

Apart from handling Finance, she has been involved in People's Function, Corporate Communications, Marketing and Training initiatives. She takes time out to mentor young minds.

Prior to Dhanush, Chandrima worked with Citibank where she served in various senior positions. As the branch banking head, she championed operations in terms of Customer Service, Cross Sales, Query Escalations, Compliance, Trade and Relationship Management. She has handled Wealth Management for Citigold customer portfolio. She played a stellar role in handling All India Operation for Liability Products & Processes, Risk Analytics & Containment for All India Credit Card Operations.

Chandrima is a Post Graduate from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai and graduated as a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
