DSN Murthy is an MBA graduate from National InstiTute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai - a premier institute in Systems & Operations. He has close to 15 years of hands on experience in various verticals of the IT industry. His versatile experience in program management of large IT engagements in the space of Implementation, RTS Model and Application Maintenance services for leading Manufacturing & Distribution organizations across the globe, has led him to successfully establish and develop Dhanush what is today - an organization meeting global standards.
DSN began his career with Colgate Palmolive, and then worked with Asian Paints in manufacturing and distribution domain. Thereafter he moved on to IT Implementations & Consulting. He triumphantly managed significant assignments in companies as Oracle Corporation, GE & Sierra Atlantic across the globe namely - North America, APAC, Europe and Middle East. His excellent knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite especially in the manufacturing & distribution domains helped him execute project implementations in several capacities such as Functional Consultant, Project Manager and Program Manager at various client sites. DSN’s specialty is setting up of large engagements in the area of Implementations, RTS models, Product Development with teams ranging from 10-400 people in various platforms of the IT industry, to name a few - GE Power System, GE Plastic, and Temple Steel.
DSN heads every vertical of Dhanush and handles the Expansion & Strategies division.
Sri Ramakrishna Dendukuri, holds a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has 17 years of experience in the IT industry across the world such as APAC, North America. He has worked with multi-national organizations such as HP & Gateway where he successfully managed significant roles at different capacities.
"Ramki" as he is popularly known, has versatile experience in conceptualization, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance - the entire software system life cycle. His excellent aptitude and experience in all Microsoft related product technologies such as .Net, Visual Basic, Navision & Axapta and other technologies like JD Edwards & databases like AS 400, SQL Server have helped Dhanush in developing, deploying and maintaining many a successful project for different clients across different industries. Having been in the US for a decade, he understands the expectation of US IT market, its requirements besides the expectation of offshore driven companies.
Ramki leads the Microsoft Competency in Dhanush and has handled critical application 7 & web development activities in the areas of .NET, VB and SQL Server.
Venkatesh is a Post Graduate from the University of Hyderabad in Artificial Intelligence. He has worked on Oracle technologies for past 10+ years and has managed implementation, support & integration projects on various Oracle ERP technologies for clients like GE, Alcoa. He has built expertise in the vast portfolio of Oracle technologies owing to various positions he held at Oracle Corporation enabling him to gain extensive knowledge in the verticals of Development, Consulting & Alliances.
Venkatesh has also been part of the Application Integration Architecture Initiative launched by Oracle in with an intention to provide a uniform platform for all its applications. This was developed based on the Fusion Middleware Suite of Oracle.
Venkatesh heads the Oracle Competency at Dhanush which includes the verticals business development, client relationship and delivery of Oracle projects.
Ms. Chandrima is a Post Graduate from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai. She is a member of the founding team and heads Global finance and Operations at Dhanush Infotech. Having held a senior managerial position for 10 years, she brings the required expertise to handle Dhanush presence in multiple countries and the related complexities.
Her prior stint with a MNC bank has enriched her with an in-depth knowledge in risk management and treasury & banking operations. Besides performing Financial & Accounting management, she is highly vigilant on Compliance and statutory matters which is given utmost importance while running day to day operations. She takes keen interest in Process Improvement, Performance evaluation, HR Capital and Risk Management for the Organization. She opines that these are the areas which today’s super CFO’s should strategize and implement.
Chandrima is excellent in handling HR verticals too, including recruitment, performance management and core policies & processes. She is sensitive to employer-employee relationship and enthusiastically mentors young minds.
She was a senior manager in Citibank for 7 years, one of the World’s largest financial organisations. As branch Operations head and Compliance head for retail banking operation, she has ably handled the gamut of financial operations including risk management, compliance & audits, customer service, wealth management and process control. Her dynamism and excellence in customer service earned her all round applause.
After graduating as B. Tech (Chemical Eng), Chandrima did her post graduation, MBA, from NITIE, Mumbai. Subsequently she has undergone practically all requisite professional training courses related to Financial Management. Her jest for learning extends beyond number crunching in the office and seamlessly enters into the realm of art & culture. She is an exponent of Hindustani classical music (vocal) and enjoys practicing everyday.
Lalit is a Canadian citizen with over 22 years of experience in the Information & Communications Technology industry. He has worked with major software companies in USA and Canada for over 19 years in various verticals in senior roles managing all aspects of delivery, production and operations. He has been working with niche technologies such as Sage ProvideX building ERP applications for various industries.
His diverse Information Technology knowledge and capabilities in areas such as Software Development, ERP & CRM Implementations, Embedded & Real Time Systems, IT Operations Management, Business Development & Service Delivery coupled with his in-depth understanding of various verticals such as Automotive, Telecom, Banking, Education, Government etc. has been pivotal in the exponential growth of Dhanush over the past couple of years in many technological areas.
Lalit in his role as Director - Operations has driven major delivery initiatives in USA and Africa. He is currently heading the operations for the ANZ and APAC regions. He has been instrumental in establishing Dhanush operation in Australia and creating key relationships in Australia and neighboring countries such as PNG and Fiji.
Mr. Will Bosma, in his illustrious career has held positions like Vice President - Specialty Sales at Oracle Corporation APAC; Vice President - CRM Sales at Oracle APAC; Vice President - CRM Sales, Emerging Markets at Oracle; and Vice President - Solution Consulting, APJ at Siebel.
Will, as Vice President at Oracle Corporation - APAC, promoted Oracle products such as CRM On-Demand in SaaS mode, Human Capital Management (HCM), Product Lifecycle Management and other advance Supply Chain Products like Demantra and Transportation Management (GLog) through dedicated sales forces. He has played key role in delivering CRM revenue to Oracle across all product lines for APAC. He had initiated many successful strategies to introduce CRM applications into Emerging Markets in APAC with special focus on China and India. Will, as Vice President at Siebel, lead Solution Consulting initiative and conceptualized many pioneering CRM solutions and services to address the pain points and generate business value to the customers.
He has more than two decades of rich experience in the entire gamut of IT service offering. He has been considered as a thought-leader in the areas of IT business development, solution consulting and enterprise-wide application planning in diverse business domains like Banking, Insurance, Communications, Media, Utilities, Consumer goods, Hitech, Automotive and so on.
Will is working in a consulting capacity to drive our business in ANZ and APAC regions by giving his strategic direction.
Manish is an Executive Director at Dhanush with responsibilities for Corporate Strategy and Global Business Development.
In the past Manish has held senior management positions in leading global organizations. Manish spent 7+ years in Genpact, where in his last assignment he was responsible for managing all strategic accounts of Genpact’s IT business. He has also been in global operations leadership roles at Genpact prior to that. In his 5 years at GE, he had held IT leadership positions in various GE businesses globally. With 14+ years of working experience Manish has been exposed to work cultures across the globe having worked in US, Europe, India and Asia himself, and through managing virtual global teams across all continents. He held responsibilities for leading the sales workforce, creating sales strategies, new product launches, marketing and analyst & media relations.
Manish has extensive experience in Sales and Business Development in the Outsourcing Industry. He has himself run $100+MM sales pursuits and has lent leadership to teams managing contracts more than $350+MM in total value. In his operations role he had global operations responsibility for a workforce of 2000+ employees servicing businesses spread globally; delivering services in Contact Centers, F&A outsourcing, HR Outsourcing et al.
A big proponent of the SaaS model in the Emerging economies, Manish is also engaged with Catalyst Minds - a start-up involved in IT product development. Manish graduated in Electronics and is a post graduate in Computer Applications from Delhi University.
At Dhanush, Manish has responsibility for Business Development, Sales and Client relationship management. Besides this, he is also in charge of Strategy, driving New Product Development.
