DSN Murthy – Chairman & Mangaging Director
A Gold Medalist Graduate in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University, a Post Graduate in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai. DSN Murthy (DSN) has founded Dhanush, a Global ICT Products and Services Organization providing niche ICT Services to Fortune 100 Customers with Offices Spread in 8 Countries, operations in 35 Countries, and a Headcount of 3,000 Consultants.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS OF DHANUSH UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF DSN
- For Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Nidhi Samarpan Abhiyan, as a
Volunteer and Technical Chief, DSN Murthy, has played pivotal role in
developing, rolling out, stabilizing, training, mobilizing and reconciling the
world’s largest crowd funding Abhiyan (Program) for the Ram
Janmabhoomi Mandir Construction, to the tune of Rupees 4,000 Crores
across the country in a record span of 45 days from more than 12 Crore
Individuals. This Fund Collection event was recognized by Harvard Business
School and they have published as a case study. Dhanush had also
contributed for the Successful implementation of ERP for the Temple.
- For the Prana Pratishta event at Ayodhya on 22nd January 2024, Dhanush
was entrusted with the responsibility of providing technology solutions for
coordinating with Various VVIPs, Security Personnel, Police, Volunteers,
Temple Workers and other Government Officials for authenticating their
entry into event, managing the allocation of accommodation and Local
Logistics at Ayodhya, along with helping the UP State police with Traffic and
Bandobust duties through our solutions.
- For Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), the Organizational Portal Vritta is
developed, and hosted by Dhanush.

Paryavaran Samrakshan Gatividhi (PSG), for EcoMitram under PSG which is designed to help people in
developing eco-friendly habits. For PSG, Dhanush had designed and currently
maintaining a mobile application with a user base exceeding 10 lakh+
installations. Additionally, Dhanush had organized unique environmental
awareness programs such as Harit Ghar, Nation Students Paryavaran
Competition 2023, SIP, and Ek Ped Desh Ke Naam etc.. These initiatives garnered
participation from millions of students and the public. Certificates have been
issued in collaboration with EcoMitram for these programs.

For Panchmahabhoot - Sumangalam (सुमङ्गलम् ) Dhanush is actively involved in
Sumangalam - Developing Sustainable Life on the basis of Five Elements. This
initiative aims to present profound and pragmatic solutions based on the
Bharatiya thought (भारतीय दर्शन ) with respect to the present existential crisis
that has emerged due to rapidly changing climate.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Partnered with Open University of Kenya (OUK) for setting up of the Training
Platform for making Education accessible across Kenya by leveraging Technology
- Dhanush has worked closely with All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE),
Indian Institute of Management-Nagpur (IIM-Nagpur), IIM Mumbai, IIT-Delhi for
Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) in completely revolution in the education in the

- Dhanush is extending services to UNDP & MOGFW, GOI, towards Design, Development, Rollout and Support
of eVIN, the Vaccine Management System, for administering 2 Billion COVID Vaccination Doses.

affordable Healthcare services to Urban poor people at more than 3000 centers serving 2 Crore population.

less than 2 years by deploying 450 Mobile Health Teams (MHT).

He has more than two decades of experience in various verticals of the IT industry and commercial markets. He has versatile skills in Strategic thinking, opportunity incubation and building new business ventures and sustaining them for self-sufficiency and successful operations. He provides strategy leadership to the Dhanush and affiliate organizations in meeting and exceeding global quality standards and business demands.
Before establishing Dhanush, Mr. Murthy worked with global businesses and IT organizations such as Colgate Palmolive, Asian Paints, Oracle, GE, Sierra Atlantic, etc, in senior roles across North America, APAC, Europe and Middle East.
DSN Murthy is an MBA graduate from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, a premier institute in Systems & Operations and has a degree in Chemical Engineering.
Dendukuri Sriramakrishna – Director
Sri Ramakrishna Dendukuri is the Director of Dhanush Group and heads the Microsoft & Mobile Technologies divisions. As one of the founder member of Dhanush Infotech, it is his guidance and management that is upholding the MS Projects into real time applications. "Ramki" as he is popularly known, has versatile experience in conceptualization, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance - the entire software system life cycle. His principles, discipline and underlying spirituality is all driving the organization as a whole to shape up new projects and establish the company’s presence.
His excellent aptitude and experience in all Microsoft related product technologies such as .Net, Visual Basic, Navision & Axapta and other technologies like JD Edwards & databases like AS 400, SQL Server have helped Dhanush in developing, deploying and maintaining many a successful project for different clients across different industries. Having been in the US for a decade, he understands the expectation of US IT market, its requirements besides the expectation of offshore driven companies.
Ramki leads the Microsoft Competency in Dhanush and has handled critical applications & web development activities in the areas of .NET, VB and SQL Server. He also heads and leads the IS Dept. and Administration Dept. with his total involvement. He is the key executive for formulating policies and strategies for information assets and operations. He is responsible for entire automation tasks as Desktop Architecture and Support, Network Implementation, Software Development and Information Management.
Prior to establishment of Dhanush he has immense experience as he worked with multi-national organizations such as HP & Gateway where he successfully managed significant roles at different capacities. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry across the world such as APAC, North America. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Venkatesh Natarajan - Director
Venkatesh (Venky) is a Post Graduate from the University of Hyderabad in Artificial Intelligence. Having worked on Oracle technologies for past 15 years Venky has program managed implementation, support & integration projects on various ERP technologies for Fortune 500 clients. Venky's expertise in the vast portfolio of Oracle technologies is based on various positions he has held at Oracle Corporation and GE enabling him to gain extensive knowledge in the Development, Consulting & Alliances portfolio.
In Dhanush he has primarily been responsible for the growth of the Africa operations including setting up the initial operations and has worked across roles including customer and delivery management, technology solutions, partner management.
His specialization includes new business development, services delivery, new product conceptualization and solution development, relationship management, program management, building and managing global teams.
Currently he is based out of the India headquarters and manages the delivery of Dhanush across competencies.
Ms. Chandrima - Director Finance
Ms. Chandrima is a member of the founding team and heads Global Finance & Operations at Dhanush InfoTech. She has over 17 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Global Financial Operations, International Taxation, Compliance and Relationship Management in Banking & IT Sector. Her expertise has immensely aided the rapid expansion of Dhanush Infotech across various geographies such as East Africa, South Africa, Australia and the USA.
As Head of Global Finance at Dhanush, her key responsibilities comprise of supporting the company's growth, managing the global financial operations and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. She is actively involved in building relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, stakeholders and industry bodies.
Apart from handling Finance, she has been involved in People's Function, Corporate Communications, Marketing and Training initiatives. She takes time out to mentor young minds.
Prior to Dhanush, Chandrima worked with Citibank where she served in various senior positions. As the branch banking head, she championed operations in terms of Customer Service, Cross Sales, Query Escalations, Compliance, Trade and Relationship Management. She has handled Wealth Management for Citigold customer portfolio. She played a stellar role in handling All India Operation for Liability Products & Processes, Risk Analytics & Containment for All India Credit Card Operations.
Chandrima is a Post Graduate from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai and graduated as a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
